Work Together Performance Analysis Italy · online

Let's work together.

I work with those who shoot and those who coach: archers, coaches, clubs, companies, and federations. The approach is always the same: start from the data, work on one variable at a time, verify. You won't find rate cards or packages here. If you think there's something worth doing together, write to me and we'll talk.

Who I work with

Five different people, one shared idea of method.

Archers

For those who shoot

I help archers understand their own shot pattern more clearly, identify physical and technical limitations, build a training plan that actually makes sense, and maintain quality when fatigue sets in.

Most useful for those who train a lot but have been stuck for months, those with recurring errors that never quite go away, and those who want to integrate strength work and shooting properly.

Coaches

For those who coach

I work alongside the shooting coach, never in their place. The coach leads technical development; I bring a biomechanical and physical reading of the athlete's body, which often explains why certain corrections fail to stick.

Particularly useful when the athlete understands the correction but cannot hold it, or when an error looks technical but is in fact physical or coordinative.

Clubs

For teams and clubs

With clubs I design tailored interventions: group assessment days, physical screening, video analysis sessions, workshops on biomechanics and conditioning, injury prevention programmes.

Up to coach education, monitoring protocols, and individual and group reports.

Companies and federations

For those who educate and disseminate

Since 2019 I have worked with FIARC as an instructor and educational collaborator, bringing biomechanics and motor learning applied to archery into the federation's training circuit.

With companies and federations I can design educational programmes, science communication, and methodological support for groups of archers or coaches.

How I work

A method that loops back on itself.

PHASE 01

Observe and measure

I start from the data: video, physical and functional assessment, target pattern analysis. No quick diagnoses. First, I understand what is actually happening.

PHASE 02

Interpret

I bring together body, movement, and shot behaviour to get to the cause, not just the visible error. This is the part that makes the difference.

PHASE 03

Intervene

We work on one variable at a time, with clear priorities and specific exercises. We change what the data calls for, not what has always been done.

PHASE 04

Verify

We compare against the starting point and measure the change. Then the cycle begins again, one loop at a time.

Frequently asked questions

The questions I get most often.

Do you work online only, or also in person?

Most of my work is online: calls, video exchange via cloud, email and messaging support. The online format gives scheduling flexibility and lets me work with archers across Italy. For specific situations, club days, and workshops, I'm happy to consider on-site attendance.

Do you work with compound archers or only recurve?

Both. Much of what we measure is universal: posture, stability, HRV, periodisation. The specifics of the release and equipment differ, and the work adapts accordingly.

Do you replace my federation coach?

No, and I would never want to. I work alongside your coach, not in their place. They follow you on the range; I add a different layer of analysis: data, biomechanical assessment, periodisation, integration of strength training and shooting.

I'm a beginner. Is it useful to work with you?

Honestly: in your first 6 to 12 months you need a certified federation coach on the range, in person, giving you real-time corrections. Once you have solid foundations and feel the need to go deeper, that's when I can help. For now, the best thing I can offer you is the blog: all my articles, free.

What are your credentials?

Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Bologna. Master's degree in Preventive and Adapted Physical Activity at Urbino, with honours, specialising in functional rehabilitation. FIARC instructor and educational collaborator since 2019. You can find my full background on the about page.

How do I get in touch?

Write to me at [email protected]: tell me who you are, where you are, and what you're looking for. I reply personally, usually within 24 hours.

Think we could do something together?

Drop me a line.

Tell me who you are, archer, coach, club, company, or federation, and what you're looking for. I'll be honest about whether and how I can help.
