Service · Video Analysis

What the numbers say about your shot.

Send me a video of your shot. I'll return it read in depth: what's working, what isn't, why, and the few things worth working on right now. Not a gut feeling: a biomechanical reading with data, done with the same tools I use for the archers I work with regularly.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

01

You send the video

I'll tell you exactly how to film yourself: angles, distance, number of arrows. No special equipment needed, a smartphone is fine.

02

I analyse the data

I run your shot through my tools (Eyercer, Arcos) and extract the metrics: timing, aiming stability, follow-through, consistency across the session.

03

You receive the report

A clear document with your numbers, your priorities, and what to do next. Delivered in 5-7 days, written so you can actually use it.

Let's talk

What you receive is the same work I do for the archers I coach regularly: a report built on your data, one case at a time, not a general impression. It takes time, and the price reflects that.

What you receive, in detail

A report you can actually use.

Your numbers

Your shot metrics set against reference benchmarks, so you know where you actually stand, not just where it feels like you stand.

The why

Not just "what" is off, but the biomechanical reading of why it happens. That's the part your score doesn't tell you.

Priorities

A short list, ordered by impact. Not a hundred suggestions: the two or three things worth working on right now.

The plan

Concrete drills and a progression over time, with the numbers to tell you whether it's working.

Why me

I know the shot from the inside and from the data.

I'm a Performance Analyst with a Master's degree in Sport Science and a specialisation in functional rehabilitation. I've been teaching for FIARC since 2019, and I built the software (Eyercer, Arcos) I use for these analyses from scratch, because the tools designed for other sports weren't asking the right questions. I'm not a replacement for your coach: I bring a reading that, in most cases, he simply doesn't have the instruments to produce.

My background
Questions

Before you book.

What kind of video do I need? Do I need special equipment?

No. A smartphone on a small tripod is enough. After booking I'll send you precise instructions on angles, distance, and number of arrows, so the footage is as useful as possible.

Does it work if I'm not in Bologna?

Yes, video analysis is designed specifically for remote work. Wherever you are, send me the video and you'll receive the report.

Recurve, compound, or barebow?

I work across all disciplines. The metrics and priorities shift depending on the style, and the report is built around your specific case.

Does this replace my coach?

No, and that's not the intention. I work alongside the coach, with different tools: the biomechanical and performance reading that explains why certain corrections don't stick.

How does payment work?

Write to me and we'll sort it out: which video you'll send, and how to settle the payment. It's a single piece of work, you pay once and that's it.

Want to see what's really happening in your shot?

Write to me and we'll start from your video. I read it and reply personally.
